What’s the most feedback resistant pickup?

I want to use distortion on my acoustic like Zach Brock and others do.
I have vSound, so raw sound ain’t an issue to me, feedback is.

So many options here Shimmy. Generally, if distortion is a big part of what you do you can go with magnetic or even Barbera Pickups assuming you have a separate acoustic violin. I’ve worked with Zach several times and we grew up in the same town. He’s a die hard Aceto ISI pickup user (see our interview with him on this site). That said he uses distortion pretty sparingly.

Thank you so much for your kind response Jacob!
What do you mean “Assuming you have a separate acoustic violin”? The idea is to use a single all-in-one performance violin, that I can also play live and also use OD and distortion with it.
